I got exactly the look I wanted from Salon DeCaro. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, and the salon itself is beautiful and upbeat. Denise made me a platinum blonde without damaging my hair and Gayle gave me the best cut i've had in a long time. I get compliments everywhere I go, and I'm sure to tell everyone where I got such great service

I do not recommended this place. Every time I went there, they found a way to charge me more than their listed price for the service. The last time it was a complete disaster. I wanted to change my hair color from red to light brown. They had one of the young ladies who usually washes hair do the job and in the end my hair was multi color. Finally the 'professional' came to the rescue and decided the only way to fix that mess was by coloring it red. After 5 and half hour seating in that salon I still came out of it with the same color I walked in, a yellow strike was left in the back of my head and a bill that was double the amount. When I questioned it, the manager gave me one excuse after another. After being in this place for over 6 hours I decided to pay it and never go back.
